Homeless people will probably do almost anything for money as they’re completely desperate, but that doesn’t mean that you should take advantage of their capacity for this and totally abuse them.

Some people didn’t get the memo on being a decent and upstanding person though and decide to treat homeless people like the guy in the video below. 29 year old Adam Thorpe was on a night out in Derby over the weekend when he thought it would be an excellent idea to pay a homeless man £10 for the privilege of throwing his doner meat and chips in his face.
He then proceeded to do so as you can see below, but since the video went viral and he got absolutely slated for it, Adam has admitted that he was in the wrong:
What I did was bang out of order. I know that, but I don’t deserve the abuse I’m getting online. I’m no angel by any means, but I’m not someone who buys food just to throw at homeless people.
I felt so bad for what I did afterwards and I spent ages the next day and the day after trying to find him to say I was sorry.
I looked all around the centre of Derby trying to find him, but I couldn’t. If I thought that he was homeless, I never would have done it. I wish I could take it back.
I’ve had so many people try to point me out, but I don’t care about them. All I care about is finding the guy I did it to. It’s between me and him. What everyone is saying online, making stuff up about me, is wrong.
If I find him or if he comes forward, I will go into my savings and buy him whatever he wants.
I mean I guess it’s nice of him to try and make it up to the guy but I’m pretty sure the only reason he’s doing it is because everyone thinks he’s a dickhead because the video went viral. Not convinced he wouldn’t still be laughing about it with his mates if that didn’t happen, but hopefully this has taught him a lesson and he doesn’t go around acting like this in the future. It’s not big and it’s not clever.
