People find the strangest things to dedicate their lives to and here is another example of one of them.
This Russian dude named Andre Filin spent a long long time petitioning to be allowed to wear a colander on his head in his driving licence photograph as he wanted to be recognised as an official Pastafarian. Whilst his request was eventually granted, it also came with a warning from deputy chief of Moscow’s State Traffic inspectorate, Vladimir Kuzin:
The next time he is stopped by the traffic police, if he doesn’t have a pasta strainer on his head, his licence will be taken from him.

I guess you can’t have it both ways. Still if he wanted to wear it so much in his driving licence photograph then it shouldn’t be too much of a problem to wear it every time he drives a car as well. Fucking spanner.
In case you’re wondering, the whole colander thing is to do with a ‘religion’ called Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster/Pastafarians. Yes, that’s really a thing but the less said about it the better.
I’m not sure who is more of a knob though – this dude or the guy who officially changed his signature to a picture of a dick.
