I’ve always thought that Domino’s is more expensive than your regular takeaway pizza and probably isn’t worth what you’re paying half the time, but somehow the place seems to get away with it on account of being the first and most iconic pizza delivery place in the country.

The priciness of Domino’s has well and truly been exposed by a guy called Callum Ryan who managed to fly to Milan and pick up a pizza over there for £17.73 – a full £2.27 less than if he had ordered a Domino’s to his house in Bristol. Callum managed to blag a cheap £8 last minute flight to Italy and then his pizza cost him just under £10, although it was a plain margarita which probably kept the cost down when compared to a Domino’s.
Obviously Callum documented the whole escapade on TikTok and quickly went viral:
@thatonecal Do you think the pizza was worth the trip…? 🇧🇷 I can’t believe how close it was 🫣 #thatonecal #milan #pizza #dominos ♬ Green Green Grass – George Ezra
God he’s annoying isn’t he? It is pretty cool that he managed to fly to Milan and get a pizza for less than a price of a Domino’s though, but it’s pretty much facilitated by the fact that flights to Milan are only £8.
Pretty sure this is probably just a sponsored post advertising Ryanair or something to be honest, but it’s done the job and got me interested in heading over there for such a cheap price. Maybe catch the Milan derby or something?
For more of the same, check out this guy who ordered a £64 Domino’s pizza with all 25 toppings. Could go to Milan and order a pizza three times for that much.
