These days you have to pick and choose what festivals you go to over summer as there are a LOT on offer. One of our favourites over here at Sick Chirpse is the yearly Brighton-based event The Great Escape.

Not only is it economical (only 65 quid for three days), but it also boasts some of Europe’s sickest rising musical acts. Plus it’s in sunny seaside city Brighton – what’s not to love? Not long to go now until it all kicks off – it’s taking place this year on May 18-20 and you can check out just some of the acts below:
