A woman called Sarah Kovacs Grzywacz checked into the Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk on January 14th for a business trip. As is often the case on business trips, Sarah was super bored so decided to have a little fun with a welcome text that the hotel sent her which she assumed was automated.
To her surprise the hotel concierge – an undeniably cool dude named Ramon – was more than happy to help her with each of her requests, no matter how ridiculous they were. We’ll give you a clue – they’re pretty damn ridiculous and generally involve getting framed pictures of Nicolas Cage left in her bedroom or bathroom whilst she was out taking meetings.
Sarah was so overjoyed with the results that she’s promised that she’ll be ‘giving this hotel 5 stars on every goddamned review site there is.’ You can check out her text messages and results on the following slide show – the last slide is all Ramon’s own work as she didn’t even ask for it. Legend.
