Another no brainer here. Although there’s a growing movement encouraging people to eat raw food/milk, skipping the safety step means there’s a much bigger chance of contamination via bacteria, parasites or viruses. Yuck.
Hmmm. That’s pretty much 90% of my diet, except for the uncooked/raw parts. I doubt I’m going to be changing it any soon, but I’m always pretty careful about stuff being cooked well enough and not looking fucking rank and awful when I eat it so I reckon I should be OK. Fingers crossed, but be careful yourself anyway.
