The new Foo Fighters album Wasting Light has had an almost unbelievable amount of publicity associated with it, although not everyone seems to know that they’re also releasing a documentary entitled Back and Forth to coincide with the release of it. What’s more, in a promotional campaign I have never even CONSIDERED before, the Foo Fighters movie is going to be played ONCE at 8PM in cinemas all over the UK this Thursday April 7th. That’s pretty cool right? And it’s not even like 3 or 4 cinemas, I would say a good 60% of all the cinemas in the UK are taking part in this event. And I would call it an event, I mean it’s pretty unprecedented. But I guess the Foo Fighters are probably the biggest band in the world right now You can find a list of cinemas showing it over at Foo Fighters movie dot com. I’m going to see it.
