Those of us old enough to remember floppy disks know that they were pretty useless in their day never mind now, although lying that your I.T homework was on it and the computer couldn’t read it was useful – all you had to do was scratch the disk with a protractor and you were out of the shit.

Well humble floppy disk drives live on and have been converted into some sort of musical instrument. Check this rendition of Daft Punk’s track Derezzed. Maybe this could be a new craze, like a sort of dubstep for nerds.
