Anyone who grew up in the late 90s/early 00s has been eagerly awaiting the latest – and almost certainly final – instalment of the Jackass film series and today they’ve finally released the first trailer to the movie ahead of its October 22nd release date.

The new movie will star Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Jason ‘Wee Man’ Acuña, Preston Lacy, Ehren McGhehey, and Dave England, alongside new cast members Sean ‘Poopies’ McInerney, Jasper Dolphin and Zach Holmes. Knoxville has said that he won’t be making any more of the movies because his body can’t take it anymore so it’s almost certainly his last hurrah – it’s unclear whether the franchise might continue with some or all of the rest of the gang though.
Take a look at the trailer below:
Wow. I wasn’t sure if a ‘Jackass’ movie in 2021 was what anyone wanted or if these guys were going to be able to do anything that matches up to their legacy now they’re all old or whatever but that actually looked phenomenally good? Whether it was Knoxville getting gored by a bull, whoever it was getting bitten in the face by a snake or that massive bear looking like it’s going to annihilate Ehren McGhehey at the end, it really does look like these stunts are going to be even better than some of the originals. Can’t wait.
