Finnish Skier Suffers ‘Frozen Penis’ At Winter Olympics And Details ‘Unbearable’ Aftermath

It’s so cold at the Winter Olympics in Beijing that one athlete needed a heat pack to thaw out his penis after it was frozen solid at the end of his race.

The men’s 50km mass start race was shortened to 30km but that did little to help Finland’s Remi Lindholm, who spent just under an hour and 16 minutes traversing the course in howling, freezing winds, leading to his penis becoming frozen.

Lindhold told the NY Post:

You can guess which body part was a little bit frozen when I finished (the men’s Olympic 50km race) … it was one of the worst competitions I’ve been in. It was just about battling through.

Organisers were so concerned about frosbite during the race it was delayed by an hour and shortened by 20km. The thin suits and under-layers worn by racers, as well as plasters to cover their faces and ears, offered little protection.

Lindholm explained that he used a heat pack to try to thaw out his appendage once the race was over:

When the body parts started to warm up after the finish, the pain was unbearable.

The maddest part is that this is the second time this has happened to Remi Lindholm in the last four months (he endured a similar injury in a cross-country skiing race in Ruka, Finland). So why is this happening to him and not the other male skiers? Maybe he has a leaky bladder and is peeing on himself and it’s freezing? I can’t think of another explanation unless he’s skiing with his dick out, but it’s very bizarre and unfortunate.

Good thing he’s OK because the last place I’d want to be treated for a frozen penis is some hospital in Beijing. Pretty sure they sell frozen athlete penises at the wet markets over there.
