Halloween has come and gone for another year, which means it’s time to determine who had the best costume of 2023. The internet seems to be showing a lot of appreciation for Hailey Bieber’s effort, and I must say, I’m finding find it hard to disagree. Carmen Electra from the original Scary Movie? An absolute classic. She really put the effort in, too. Just stuck on some white undies and turned the sprinklers on in her garden:

For those who need reference, Carmen Electra was in the first ever scene in Scary Movie history, and it’s probably the best scene the whole franchise has ever filmed:
