Although some people like to go and wander around the crater of active volcanoes, most people would prefer to check them out from afar and it’s usually the safest, most enjoyable option.
That wasn’t exactly true for this tourist though who managed to capture the eruption of Mount Tavurvur in Papa New Guinea over the weekend. Even though he was a safe distance away and there was pretty much an ocean in between the two of them, the shock wave rippled through the water and smacked into his boat with an humongous ear splitting bang. Keep even more of a distance next time bud.
Holy smokin’ Toledos.
