A couple of days ago we wrote an article about how Qatar were seemingly paying citizens of their own country to impersonate fans of all the nations attending the World Cup to build up hype over there and here’s another video that proves that this is almost 100% true.

Anyone who knows anything about football and the English national team knows that singing ‘Three Lions/Football’s Coming Home’ goes hand in hand with supporting the boys at an international tournament and pretty much everyone out there knows the tune, the words and exactly how it goes. Except for those England fans over in Qatar already who decided to go with this rendition instead:

Lol that is just such a poor effort in every respect of the word isn’t it? You would at least think that they would have played them the song before sending them out onto the streets to be filmed pretending to be England fans wouldn’t you? Amateurs.

Can’t believe that Qatar actually thought that this was a foolproof plan and that nobody in the rest of the world would be able to see through it. The more I hear about the nation though, the more I think that’s probably exactly what they thought would happen. Expect more of this crap in the next couple of weeks.
