I’m pretty sure there’s no way anyone would have guessed that second photo is Donatella Versace if we hadn’t mentioned it in the headline. Holy crap, what a transformation!

The 69-year-old was snapped attending the premiere for the Devil Wears Prada musical in London with the kind of glow-up that only millions in the bank and LOTS of plastic surgery can buy. Here’s another before and after to really drive the point home:

I mean, is that even the same person? Apparently so. Unreal work from whoever Donatella Versace’s surgeon is. Of course there’s only so much you can do with the face of a 69-year-old woman who probably never wore sunscreen in her life and has had heaps of cosmetic surgery already, but I doubt she could have even dreamed of a result like that.

Amazingly, the doctor/surgeon has managed to make her look more like herself again? It’s almost like he undid all the plastic surgery that Donatella Verscace had done since 1993, and then re-did it his own way, and has her looking more like God intended. Top-tier work!

There doesn’t seem to be any word on who the surgeon actually is, but I’m sure he’s well-known in the right circles. Probably got referred to Donatella through Lindsay Lohan or Khloe Kardashian or someone like that. Maybe even Cat Deeley – who had an unreal face transformation herself. What a time to be alive!
