I’m not really sure what else you can do with pizza these days that’s actually going to improve it, as it seems like the formula is pretty much down and every time that someone tries a new topping or crust then it’s usually met with derision because it’s such a dumb idea in the first place. This new case is no exception to that rule.

We’re with the masters of pizza for this one – I’m talking about Domino’s, but you can decide whether I’m being a bit sarcastic about that title I’ve given them – who for some reason have decided to create a pizza where the crust/base is fully made of watermelon. I’m not really sure who out there would even think that might be a good idea or taste nice – not even people that like pineapple on pizza are going to be too down with that are they? Surely? – but take a look at it below and see what’s up:

I’ve gotta admit that looks way better than I thought it was going to, but just thinking about putting it in my mouth is making me wretch. Why do people wanna do this and ruin pizza for me? Just keep it simple – you can’t beat the classics so why even try? Completely unnecessary. Hopefully nobody ever talks about it again.
