I don’t think anyone ever expected Dog The Bounty Hunter to be a champion of LGBT rights, but it’s still pretty wild to hear him go on this rant where he declared ‘Jesus was not a sissy’ and claimed people who don’t attend church are to blame for the rise in LGBT children.

70-year-old Dog AKA Duane Chapman was speaking to Christian ministry founder Sharell Barrera when he said:

‘For many years, these holy rollers have done just that – rolled around. And you see where they’ve got us now. They’ve got kids changing their sexuality. They talk about tithing more than they do about what’s going on.’

He went on to call for people to help ‘stop all that’ and ‘rebuke them’, insisting the LGBT community needs to be ‘saved’:

‘They’re so wacko themselves that where they have brought us all is to the gates of hell. So we have to stop all that, rebuke them. Jesus was not a sissy … he was not a sissy man. We don’t need no more sissy men. We need men and women that are willing to stand up against evil and speak the word of God.’

The former bail bondsman then appeared to refer to companies like Bud Light and Target losing millions due to their LGBT advertising:

‘All these guys that are backing those jokers up are taking billion-dollar beatings, they’re falling. He [God] didn’t make Adam and Steve, he made Adam and Eve.’

You just knew he was going to come with that Adam and Steve line, didn’t you?

Back in 2021, Dog’s daughter Bonnie published a lengthy statement accusing her dad of racism, homophobic and infidelity and claimed she wasn’t invited to his wedding because she supported the Black Lives Matter movement. Harsh if true!

Especially surprising when you consider Dog’s claim that he has an ‘N-word pass‘. Somehow, I doubt that…
