Admittedly this is a great combination of food from the ‘what’s left in the fridge?’ school of culinary thought, but the presentation slightly lets it down because it really accentuates that everything is old and out of date. Even the sauce.

6. Bacon And Ramen Wrapped Hot Dog With Sriracha Drizzle And Hot Sauce Reduction

My God this sounds horrific and it looks even worse than I could have imagined. The sperm/shooting star of hot sauce next to it only adds to its air of awfulness.

7. Hard Boiled Eggs And Shrimp Suspended In A Ring Of Lime Jello, Served Cold With Peas

I’m just gagging trying to even imagine what this would taste like. Why would anyone go to such an effort to make something that is clearly going to look and taste like puke? I need a cigarette.

8. Cheese Plate

This is made even better by the awful leaflets dotted around it and the tiniest blob of ketchup you’ve ever seen. Do people even eat crisps with cheese?

9. Tangy Cheese Doritos And A Cut-Up Hot Dog With Undercooked Pasta

This might actually be an OK meal if every single ingredient of it didn’t look like complete and utter ass in this photograph. The ketchup just adds to the grimness of the whole thing – it’s the kind of meal that you imagine people who appear on Jeremy Kyle eat.

10. Ramen-Crust Pizza

Again, like so many of these images this isn’t even a good idea in the first place. I never eat the crust though so could probably stomach this sure.

11. Pork Fried Rice In An Elegant Molded Shape

Straight from the box, no frills. That’s how we like it. Including the microwave in the background adds a whole new dimension to this.
