A model and influencer who had a one night stand with Mason Mount stalked the England midfielder and bombarded his team mates with bizarre messages in which she referred to herself as ‘Devil Baby’.

Orla Sloan, 22, admitted stalking Mount and his Chelsea team mates Ben Chilwell and Billy Gilmour in a campaign that began after she slept with Mount at a party in Chilwell’s home.

Sloan used 21 different numbers (!) to keep contacting Mount after he kept blocking her, with Mount claiming at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today that he was terrified she’d show up at Chelsea’s training ground in Cobham, Surrey. Gilmour, meanwhile, claimed he was so traumatised by her texts that he couldn’t sleep.

Jason Seetal, prosecuting, said:

‘There was communication between them for six months, following which Mr Mount decided that the relationship wasn’t going to progress to anything more and decided to end contact with the defendant.

After this he was subjected to a bombardment of messages.’

In one WhatsApp message, using the name ‘Only God 10,’ she wrote:

‘I found out about Bethany, Esme, and more – I will find out everything.’

She also sent him a photo of herself paying £12.99 for a new phone number, saying:

‘I’m not buying food anymore so I can get more numbers.’

In classic bunny boiler fashion, she then tried to appeal to his sympathetic side… before going full psycho again:

‘I really want to say sorry and if you could just talk to me and tell me how you feel I would really appreciate it because I’m finding it hard to move on from the situation.

You must accept my apology and say sorry to me or you will unlock a new character called “Devil Baby,” so let me apologise and make it right.’

Sure enough, Mount then began receiving Instagram messages from an account named ‘Devil Baby’, which published photos of him with other women, and tagged Mount and his friends and family in the images. Jeez, how obsessed can you get?

In a statement read to the court, Mount said:

‘She knows where I live and where I train.

I’m worried as she is unable to contact me she might turn up at my training centre.’

Sloan admitted one count of harassment without violence against Chilwell and two of stalking relating to Mount and Gilmour. District judge Neeta Minhas warned her she could face a jail term for the stalking offences when she is sentenced at the same court next month. Somehow, I doubt that will happen. I’m guessing she’ll get slapped with a bunch of restraining orders though.

Either way, might be a good idea to move on from footballers and onto bankers or some other kind of high-rollers than maybe don’t have such public profiles. Or, with 81,000 Instagram followers and counting, what about just being a strong and independent woman? Come on, Orla! Don’t be so needy!
