I’m not sure if this is 100% true but it’s pretty jokes anyway. The reason I say that is because there isn’t much information about it except for the picture of the magazine article below and it’s kind of like the plastic surgeon fucking up the pig’s head for most of it and then it suddenly turns into a vaguely humanoid head at the end in about one or two shots.

So yeah, not really sure whether it’s true but pretty impressive skills nonetheless, at least in the first part of the process.
