Elon Musk, Andrew Tate, Laurence Fox, Katie Hopkins, and now Danniella Westbrook have come out in support of Russell Brand following allegations of rape and sexual assault. Which I’m not sure he’ll be too thrilled about but at least some people in the celebrity space are backing him.
Danniella commented under Brand’s latest video on Instagram, citing his political content as the reason the Matrix has gone after him and calling him the most ‘helpful, kind and funny’ person she’s ever met. Aww…

Wow, can’t get a more ringing endorsement than that from someone who literally snorted her septum away after doing 5 grams of coke a day for 15 years. Who could forget this legendary photo of Westbrook from the British Soap Awards in 2000:
What a classic. Naturally, the internet is now gunning for Westbrook for passionately defending Brand. Among the things people have been commenting:

Brutal stuff. I know it’s not fair to see people as guilty by association but again, it’s quite the motley crew that has come out in support of Brand; pretty much the most unpopular people on the internet for various reasons. What’s important is that the allegations are taken seriously but also that Brand is tried fairly (if it gets to that point). I’ve just read that Brand’s entire YouTube channel has been demonetised, so the damage has already been done financially at least.
As for Westbrook, she’s got her own dramas to deal with. Just recently, she was seen breaking down on a street in Spain after being confronted by police:
