Cristiano Ronaldo is about to put all other footballers on notice by opening a museum dedicated to himself on his home island of Madeira. He’ll be showing off everything he’s accomplished in his massively successful career and all the memorabilia he’s picked up over the years.
What else is there to say, other than to re-iterate how much Ronaldo is crushing life right now. As far as he’s concerned, Messi can kiss his royal boots. This is the kind of thing you’d expect a King or ancient Egyptian Pharoah to do and yet here’s this 28-year-old kid who has accomplished so much that he can fill a museum with it. Obviously a lot of people will be calling him an arrogant prick etc but at the end of the day, even if opening and dedicating a museum to yourself is a bit of a dick move, you have to respect it in this case.
Would you open a museum to yourself in your hometown if you had enough accomplishments to fill it up with? You bet you would.
The museum opens on December 15th, and Ronaldo will be there.
