Unlike a lot of people on the internet, I don’t think Jordan Peterson is that bad. Seems he has plenty of interesting things to say, especially on psychodynamics, and ends up being misrepresented a lot. When Ronaldo revealed he’d invited Peterson to his home a couple months ago and they hung out together, the internet went into completely meltdown:
Well during the second part of his Piers Morgan Uncensored interview last night, CR7 was asked about his relationship with Peterson, and had nothing but good things to say about him:
A few weeks back, Peterson also discussed meeting Ronaldo while on Piers Morgan’s show, and was equally complimentary:
Naturally a lot of people have a problem with these two meeting, and think they’re up to no good or whatever. But to be fair, it makes sense that an elite athlete like Cristiano, with all the issues he’s been having on and off the pitch lately, would want to speak with a top clinical psychologist like Peterson, especially if he’d watched a few of his lectures online and read his book. According to CR7, it’s been helpful for him. How can anyone be mad at that?
Now maybe Ronaldo could give Peterson some advice too, like reining in his Tweets about plus-size swimsuit models. That never seems to end well.
