I’m no policeman or anything, but I’m pretty sure if you see some crackhead wearing an eye patch stabbing a homeless person in the neck repeatedly, you’re supposed to get involved. And by involved I mean at the very least pull out your taser and zap the shit out of him and at the most pull out your gun and shoot him.
