Do they have specific training regimes?
Cocks will regularly spar with small gloves covering their claws. These sparring sessions are recorded and watched back in slow motion so the trainers can see which ones are ready for the arena.
How do the matches actually work? As in what are the rules and regulations and are they to the death?
Two cocks are placed in the arena and it is a fight to the death. They each have a blade attached to their feet so sometimes it can be over very quickly. There dosnt seem to be any rules! A referee is in the arena to judge when one is dead.
