Lillian lives in Glanmire, County Cork and she bloody loves Coca-cola. Coca-cola is a pretty popular drink, so that’s not particularly surprising on its own, but Lillian really loves it. Not just the drink but the way it looks and the way it makes her feel. In a nutshell, she’s probably mental.

According to Lillian, on a journey from Germany to Austria, she realised that she’d had a can of Coke in both countries. Instead of simply letting it go, she decided that from then on she would collect cans of the red fizzy poison for the rest of her life.

Collecting cans was only the tip of the iceberg, soon she was redecorating the house, a room at a time, with Coca-cola memorabilia. Much of the tat she has filled her home with comes from New York, she regularly travels to the Big Apple on memorabilia amassing missions.

Well, at least she’s not killing people. Lillian is sensible enough not to reveal her surname or allow a picture of her face to go into print. So I reckon she must realise that she’s a bit batty, and if she’s sensible enough to realise how batty she is, she can’t be that batty. So I’ve changed my mind, Lillian is alright with me. Everyone’s a bit bonkers ain’t they?
