Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle have announced a joint stand-up comedy show in London just weeks after both comedians were attacked onstage while performing.

The show will take place Sept. 3 at the O2 Arena but tickets will go on sale for the general public on June 10. I’m guessing those tickets will not be cheap.

Rock & Chappelle were briefly on stage together at West Hollywood’s ‘The Comedy Store’ recently where they made fun of their attackers. Rock was infamously slapped by Will Smith at the Oscars after he cracked a joke about his wife, and Chappelle was attacked by a man who confessed he was “triggered” by the comedian’s jokes about homelessness and the LGBT community.

Accused attacker Isaiah Lee, 23, said during a jailhouse interview:

“I wanted him to know that next time, he should consider first running his material by people it could affect. I wanted Dave Chappelle and people to know that these are things you need to be more sensitive about and not joke about.”

Well unfortunately for Isaiah and anyone else who feels that way, it seems like Dave Chappelle & Chris Rock will continue to joke about whatever they want and will now be doing it on stage together in London, where they better have the Avengers on standby in case any more lunatics want to rush the stage.

Can you imagine if it’s just 2 hours of non-stop Will Smith jokes? I’m sure Netflix or someone will be on hand to film the whole thing so that the rest of us get to watch it too. Could turn out to be a historic event indeed, and one that’s gonna ruffle a few feathers for sure. Can’t wait.

For the time Kanye West awkwardly forced Dave Chappelle to tell a joke on camera, click HERE. Way to put a man on the spot.
