5. Crushed Up Baby Pills
Last and by no means least and probably the most disturbing of all: the ground up baby pill saga.
For those of you who did not see this in the news, China was sending pills to South Korea filled with ground up dead baby flesh, advertised as medicinal “cure-all” remedies. Maybe they should give Kim Kardashian a call.
Turned out some pretty corrupt medical officials were sourcing the babies, where they were sent on and chopped into small pieces to be dried on a stove and crushed into powder. And people actually huffed this shit.
A documentary that reported on the process reassured that the babies were mostly abortions and still borns. Probably the most disturbing use of the word “mostly” I’ve ever heard.
