The Yellow River has flooded literally hundreds of times, it’s actually known as the River of Sorrow – that’s a pretty heavy metal name and it makes more sense that they would want to bomb it if it’s been so mean to people historically. Here’s some soldiers getting the coordinates or whatever:
In the winter the ice builds up as we’ve seen but in the summer there’s yet more problems. They get silt build up too which has to be cleared. All in all this is one evil river. There’s an annual operation where they try to remove about 30 million tonnes of silt further down stream. I reckon they probably took great satisfaction in bombing this troublesome waterway.

Awesome. Same again next year lads? Yeah, probably. I reckon they should just fill it in with chewing gum, fag butts and plastic bags, that should sort it.
