A24 tends to get it right when they’re releasing new horror movies and it looks like their latest offering ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ will be continuing that trend judging by the new trailer.

The movie revolves around a bunch of friends holing up in a remote house during a hurricane who slowly end up killing each other. Sounds like a whole bunch of horror movie then doesn’t it, but if you look at the trailer then it seems like it’s going to be done with an appropriate amount of style so as to make it one hell of a ride:

When a group of rich 20-somethings plan a hurricane party at a remote family mansion, a party game goes awry in this fresh and funny look at backstabbing, fake friends, and one party gone very, very wrong.

Looks great doesn’t it? It’s also funny that the main girl in it is Maria Bakalova, who you might remember as the girl that Rudy Giuliani tried to hook up with in the second Borat movie. Great to see her getting some meaty roles off the back of that.

I also think it’s kinda funny that they’re including the fact that there’s a new original song by Charli XCX in the movie in the trailer. I suppose in the past this might have been a reason to see a movie, but these days if you want to hear a song then you can do so in pretty much five seconds thanks to the internet. Seems like a weird flex to me.
