It’s fair to say that we’ve been waiting a very long time for the third series of Top Boy, with most of us probably assuming that it would never actually happen after it was taken off the air back in 2013.

Thanks to Drake though, the series has been revived and will premiere on Netflix in just a couple of weeks on September 13th. The new episodes see Sully and Dushane teaming up to take back their positions at the top of the London drug market and that’s exactly where this trailer rocks up:

Well that was intense wasn’t it? Looks like it’s pretty much picking up where it left off six years ago in terms of the gritty realism in the drug trade in London and I am all for it, sure. Seems like a lot of people are going to die as well, but I guess that’s what happens when you’re trying to be Top Boy hey? Don’t get too emotional.
