The LAPD has launched a felony investigation into allegations that Charlie Sheen threatened to kill his ex-fiancé Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi. Just another regular day in the life of Charlie Sheen I guess.

Spokesperson in the LAPD media affairs office, officer Matthew Ludwig, confirmed that a criminal investigation is underway but didn’t offer much in the way of details and the identity of the accuser is confidential.

However, apparently what he said was pretty brutal, and he threatened to:

Spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in.

And:

This piece of shit needs to be fucking buried.

These quotes come from a transcript of a 35 minute audio tape which was provided by The National Enquirer to RadarOnline.com, which allegedly records Charlie Sheen ranting about his ex after she sued him in December for battery and assault and hiding the fact that he was HIV positive.

Sheen previously claimed that Rossi had “extorted” him for millions after he came out with the fact that he was HIV positive. However, according to Radar, the tapes also prove that Sheen did lie and claim that he was clean before having sex with her.

So yeah, not sounding too good. As said, investigators have served a search warrant at Radar Online’s New York office to get hold of the tape, so we’ll just have to wait and see how this one pans out.
