Yesterday we reported on cannibal couple Natalia Baksheeva and her husband Dmitry.

This couple were arrested after police discovered the remains of a young woman next to a bucket filled with body parts at their workplace and during the police investigations they admitted to killing and eating at least 30 people in Russia since 1999. They even stuffed and decorated a human head as part of their Christmas dinner.
Dmitry admitted to killing the woman and boasted about more after a phone was found with pictures of him allegedly posing for photos with dead bodies.

Those facts were gruesome enough on their own, but according to new revelations, Natalia allegedly sold pies that contained human meat to restaurants.
Neighbours say that the former nurse made and sold the pies to boost her income and had previously boasted to café owners that she could “supply” the meat. The whole thing echoes the tale of Sweeney Todd – the demon barber who killed his customers and served them up as meat pies.
It is believed that Natalia may have even sold them to student pilots at the military academy in southern Russia where she worked.
Cafe owner Vitaly Yakubenko said:
It was in 2010.
She was very active, asked lots of questions but mainly about where we buy our meat and fish and how fresh it is.
She made clear she could supply meat.
So grim. Apparently the couple lured their victims using dating sites before drugging, butchering and eating them. Police are now seeking to verify the claims after seven further bags of body parts were found in their freezer.
A police source said:
Going through the photographs, the woman has recognised more than 30 victims that they killed and eaten together with her husband.
A psychologist was sent from Nizhny Novgorod to make her talk.
In their home, many mobile phones of their victims were found, and also video lessons on how to cook meals from human meat.
This case just gets more gruesome by the second. I genuinely thought that there was no way they could top the human head Christmas platter but I think serving human meat pies to the unsuspecting public is worse. You’ve got to feel for anyone who ended up eating them – that’d be enough to put you off eating meat for life.
