We often worry about the hygiene of restaurants we eat at and in fairness a lot of them are completely rank and dirty but I think with this video from Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in Honolulu, Hawaii we really have reached the peak of uncleanliness.

The video below was originally uploaded to Snapchat and features a couple of employees of the restaurant causally flipping a dead rat on the burger grill instead of the burgers that are supposed to be there. To say that it’s completely and utterly rank would be an understatement:

Gross. Needless to say, the two employees have been fired and that location has been temporarily shut down whilst they do a deep clean or something. Here’s what company president Richard Stula had to say about it:

We are horrified that a former teenage employee would conduct themselves in that way and make such a video of which we are investigating its authenticity.

We are horrified a former employee would create something like this trying to destroy our reputation without regard for our 20-plus years of quality and aloha.

Do you want to say that you’re horrified a bit more there pal? But yeah in fairness, it is completely gross and awful so I can kinda figure see why they would say something like that. What did those two punks think was going to happen when they did that and upload that footage? Idiots.
