It’s safe to say that every Christmas we receive unwanted gifts that we never even asked for. Most people will have a drawer full of either surplus socks or bath shit despite the fact that none of us even have baths these days.

Burger King clearly understands our pain, as they have announced that people can take their unwanted gifts to a number of stores in return for one of their delicious Whoppers. I know what I’d rather open on Christmas day.
And if that weren’t amazing enough, they have promised that all items received will be donated to charity, so it’s all for a good cause. McDonald’s are going to have to pull something out of the bag if they want to top this.

The conditions are that the gift must be unused and:
The acceptability of item will be determined by Burger King Restaurant personnel in their sole discretion.
The only places that will be offering this incredible deal are restaurants in London, Miami and Rio. If you don’t live in any of these cities but you still want to get a free Burger King, a competition will start on the 26th of December for you to be in with a chance of grabbing a free burger. All you have to do is post a picture of yourself with your unwanted gift and the hashtag #WhopperExchange and the first 100 people to do this will get a “surprise” from the fast food chain. What a generous company.
