If any of you caught the last series of Charlie Brooker’s dystopian drama ‘Black Mirror’, then you will have noticed that one of the masterpieces to come from it was an episode called San Junipero.

The episode tells the story of two star-crossed lovers who fall for each other across different time periods, all in the same location. I won’t go into any more detail in case you haven’t seen it, but what I will say is that the soundtrack, which was a work of art in its own right, has been released.
The episode featured various time periods including the 80s, 90s and 00s and so was inspired by music from The Smiths, Depeche Mode, Pubic Enemy and Pixies. Not a bad line up of influences, I think you’ll agree.
You can order the vinyl (which has a totally rad cover by the way) from Invada Records HERE for just £21.99. Definitely worth it and a good one to add to the collection. Looks like it’ll definitely become a collector’s item.
