Celaenia excavata is a sneaky little arachnid. It makes itself look like a bird turd to avoid being eaten. Pretty good skills, no? They hang about on their webs and produce chemicals similar to moth pheromones to tempt them towards their doom. If one bites you it probably won’t kill you but it won’t be a pleasant experience.
