The shambolic Willy Wonka event in Glasgow is already one of the funniest viral stories of 2024, and it just gets better and better with new footage and information about the debacle coming out every day.
This morning, we’ve got footage of the moment that event organiser Billy Coull was confronted by angry parents, who had shelled out £35 a ticket and completely wasted their time attending the event at Glasgow’s Box Hub venue:

Now if he’d walked out with a cane pretending to limp and then fell into a forward roll, you’d actually have to applaud the audacity and let him get away with it. But as it is, Billy Coull is fully on the hook for scamming these people and their children out of their cash and what was supposed to be a fun day out for the family, although he has promised full refunds to everybody so fair play to him on that. Not like he had much of a choice though, is it? What a wonka!
