I haven’t really paid attention to ‘Big Brother’ for years, but I would imagine if you won the whole competition then you would have a pretty substantial prize fund that could probably set you up for life if utilised correctly.

Sadly, this doesn’t seem like it’s the case though – at least according to two-time winner Reggie Bird, who managed to ace the competition in both 2003 and 2022 down in Australia, bagging herself a respectable $250,000 each time in the process. Bird recently took to Instagram to complain about the rising costs of supermarket food, saying the following:
OK so that does seem a bit more like a joke than an actual serious threat, but it’s probably worth noting that Reggie probably didn’t blow all her money on partying but rather in helping care for her 13 year old son Lucas, who suffers from cystic fibrosis.
It’s also not that awful to blow through $250,000 over a twenty year period, although it does kind of imply that you have no other fixed source of income or are just really bad at budgeting. It is however a bit whack to complain about prices when you only won another $250,000 a year ago because you really would have to be burning the candle at both ends to get through that amount of money in less than a year. What is Reggie spending so much money on hey?
Anyway, thoughts and prayers with Reggie because you can guarantee that prices are never ever going to come down again. Looks like her only option is going to be OnlyFans. Good luck.
