Everyone knows that Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are best buds, having come up through high school together in Boston and then taking Hollywood by storm thanks to ‘Good Will Hunting’ before going from strength to strength ever since and recently teaming up for new Michael Jordan/Nike movie ‘Air’ that was released over the weekend.

However, despite their decades long bromance, Affleck has now decided to reveal that Damon was the worst roommate of all time back when the pair were living together along with his brother Casey. Ben was appearing on a recent episode of ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’ when he revealed the story, saying the following:
Me and my brother, after cleaning up after the guy for years, we said, ‘You know what, we’re gonna go sit-down strike.’ We’re going to wait and see how long he could go before he finally gets up and goes, ‘I’m covered in garbage.’
We went weeks—two weeks—without touching the apartment.
We came home one day to the apartment. Matt’s there in his shorts playing the ’92 SEGA hockey game in the middle of what was the living room; just surrounded by concentric circles of garbage: pizza boxes, a sushi thing that was like a week and a half old, and there’s maggots.
We were like, ‘We submit. You are too good. We cannot beat you.
Meh I thought that story was gonna be a bit better because essentially it’s just saying that Matt Damon was a slob, and there are quite a few things worse than that you can do as a roommate if you ask me as I’ve experienced a fair few of them myself and I would count myself as lucky considering some of the stories I’ve heard. It is quite funny to think of the image Matt Damon just sitting around in his pants playing video games with empty pizza boxes crawling with maggots piled up around him. Wish Affleck could dig out some photos from that time and really lay down the law on Damon.
