Good god. Who the fuck even knew that bears had opposable thumbs? Well they’ve now figured out how to use them, and it’s not a stretch to imagine they know how to drive cars too.

While we’ve been working ourselves up over dolphin takeovers and crazy North Korean dictators, were bears the real danger all along?

I’m here to tell you that the answer is – no. We have nothing to worry about as far as bears are concerned. I mean just take a look at this picture:

They might be evolving into fantastically intelligent and self aware creatures, but they won’t be using their progressive capacity for complex thought for evil any time soon. That’s because bears are thinkers, philosophers, dreamers. They just want to chill on the balcony and contemplate life. They’re not power-hungry killers on the prowl for world domination. And let’s thank our lucky stars for that, because judging from those videos you know they’d be able to pull it off if they wanted to.
