I’ve never bartended (or I suppose you would call it working at a bar over here I suppose) but I imagine that at the weekend it can be one of the most soul crushing jobs out there as you’re constantly dealing with inebriated people that can’t remember their names, let alone their orders.

However, one of the perks must be that you get to overhear everyone’s pickup lines and laugh at them all attempting to game the opposite sex. Maybe even place a little bet with the other bartenders about who is going to get some that night and who isn’t. Sounds like fun to be honest.
