Eating contests are highly competitive and often highly dangerous. Stuffing a large quantity of food into your mouth in a short space of time is quite a talent – but how would you fare if the delicacy you had to munch on was far from appetising?
Well, if you think you’ve got the stomach and you’d like to take part in possibly the world’s weirdest, most disgusting eating contest, buy yourself a plane ticket to Montana and head on over to Testy Festy, the Rock Creek Lodge’s annual celebration of testicles.
The Testy Festy Ball Eating Contest is more popular than you’d think and the goal is to chow down on as many bull testicles as you possibly can in the short space of four minutes (that’s enough to make anyone’s eyes water).

This festival takes the term tea bagging to a whole new level, and not only can you partake in a good old bollock eating contest, it’s also possible to drop trou and show off those swinging planets to a room full of people in a bid to become the fest’s Big Ball winner. Oh, and it’s not all knackers, there’s also a wet t-shirt contest, so everyone can get their fix of fun bags.
