People all over the world were transfixed to their televisions yesterday after the craziest World Cup final of all time played out before our eyes, with Argentina eventually taking home the most coveted prize in football after France pegged them back three times and sent the game to a penalty shootout.

Whilst most people couldn’t take their eyes off the football, some American fans noticed that a cameraman for FOX kept zooming past an Argentinian woman who had let her emotions get the best of her – and probably forgot where the final was taking place – as she took her top off and celebrated behind a giant Argentina flag. Obviously these American jocks filmed their TV and uploaded the video to YouTube, where it has since gone viral.

OK I guess you can’t really see that much of her, but that didn’t really stop the cameraman from circling back to her all the time. Typical Americans.

Anyway, the American guys filming their TV do actually have quite a good point as public nudity is illegal over in Qatar so she could actually end up getting arrested – although given all the fears about the conduct of the country before the World Cup, I don’t think the Qataris have really done anything that could be construed as problematic.  If anything it’s going to be a tournament that lives long in the memory for all the right reasons, including a topless fan celebrating in the final. Catch you in another three and a half years.
