According to a recent Gallup poll, anti-American feeling is stronger in Pakistan than any other country in the world. This is due in part to US military drone strikes introduced by George W. and continued by Barry Obama as part of their “War On Terror” or as I call it their “War On Muslims In The Pursuit Of Global Control And A Profitable Weapons Industry”. The drone attacks were a badly kept secret for years and were responsible for the deaths of plenty of innocents as you can imagine.

There have been well over 300 drone strikes in total, killing over 3000 people, around 900 of which were civilians. Islamabad condemns the strikes, yet still carries the US military’s supplies over the border; on the other hand the US condemns Pakistan for not helping as much as they could and for hiding the Taliban. They’re both blaming each other and the story is far from simple.

Only 1 in 10 people in Pakistan believes the impact of US financial and military aid has been positive. The leading Pakistani English language newspaper, The Nation called their involvement “economic terrorism”.

From 2001 to 2010 the US splurged $18 billion on the conflict; on top of that Bush offered them a $3 billion deal over 5 years.

This huge and complicated political-death-machine-fireball can’t really be considered a just and fair war, but it’s making some cash for the US via weapons trade, it’s allowing them access to the borders of the middle east and it’s enabling them to hunt and kill whomever they see fit.

Pakistan aren’t keen on being a client state but they do like the cash flow. So it’s not all bad.
