When you think of integrity and respect towards women, the first name you think of is Andrew Tate. So I’m sure Russell Brand will be thrilled to know that Tate is backing him in the wake of the sexual assault allegations against him, having of course been through the same thing and also blamed it on the ‘Matrix’ conspiring against him.
Tate tagged Brand in a post on Twitter that read ‘welcome to the club’, alongside an image of a cartoon knight with the caption “on my way to fight the crazy b***** allegations”:

Tate also Reweeted this shortly after:
Russell Brand and Andrew Tate are supposed to distract you from this.
Evil “elite” pedos.
Don’t fall for it.
Not one single Epstein pedo client has been arrested to this day.🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 pic.twitter.com/0jSIG9pCD8

It’s impossible to know whether Brand will appreciate Tate’s backing or whether he’s sitting somewhere thinking “please don’t try to help, Andrew Tate.” Brand also seems to have the support of Elon Musk, who dropped the following reply under Brand’s video refuting the allegations against him:
Of course. They don’t like competition.

What next? A letter from Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis?
Obviously everything that’s been levelled at Russell Brand thus far is only “alleged” at this point, but it definitely doesn’t look good any time several women show up on Dispatches and all accuse you of the same thing, while Channel 4 intersplices their stories with footage from your stand-up where you’re cracking jokes about being a sex pest.
We’ll have to see how this plays out for Brand in the coming days and week, but for now, it seems like the audiences at this comedy gigs are still enjoying themselves.
