In case there was any doubt that 2025 was going to be any less weird and ridiculous than the 2020s have been already, Andrew Tate has now announced that he’s considering a move into UK politics and has already got the ball rolling by launching the BRUV Party (Britain Restoring Underlying Values).
Andrew Tate – alongside his brother Tristan – still face criminal allegations in Romania including rape, assault and tax evasion, and once all those are dealt with, they will be extradited to the UK where they face additional allegations of rape and human trafficking. Apparently you can still launch your own political party while this is all going on?
Tate shared the following “Ultra serious post” about the possibility of him entering UK politics and asked his 10.5M followers:

Despite misspelling ‘Britain’, Tate seems to have got the green light from his followers, and so followed up the poll with the announcement of the BRUV party:
Jesus. He’s actually serious, isn’t he? What’s even more incredible is that he’d probably win a fair few votes too, especially with the way he’s mastered social media over the last few years and with big hitters like Elon Musk presumably ready to back him and his narrative online.
After all, Elon Musk has already washed his hands of Nigel Farage after concluding he’s not the right man to lead Reform. Maybe Andrew Tate can be all the things that Elon Musk hoped Farage would be as he insists on getting so involved in UK politics? Including, perhaps, Tommy Robinson as Home Secretary and mandatory kickboxing lessons at British schools?
