Another day, another garbled statement from Amber Heard as she desperately tries to rebuild what little reputation she has left after losing her defamation trial with Johnny Depp.

Heard was continuing her interview series with NBC’s Dateline when she revealed that she was terrified that Depp might sue her again in the future:
I’m scared that no matter what I do or what I say or how I say it — every step that I take will present another opportunity for this sort of silencing, which is what, I guess, a defamation lawsuit is meant to do — to take your voice.
I’m not a saint. I’m not asking anyone to like me.
What I learned in that trial is it’s never going to be good enough.
If you have proof, then it was a scheme, it was a hoax.
If you don’t have proof, it didn’t happen.
Yeah I guess that all makes sense, but you might think that if she’s so worried about all of it then maybe it would just be a better idea for her to stop speaking about it and get out of the public eye so there’s no chance she might say something else that could lead to her getting sued. Just an idea.
It also doesn’t seem like she’s doing her image any good whatsoever by continuing to keep doing interviews and bleat on about it. I feel for her because she clearly believes what she’s saying, but the fact is that the whole world hates her so it might be better for her to just accept that and lie low for a bit.
