Kate Moss will be giving her testimony in the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial on Wednesday, and the reason why is all down to this clip from the other week in which Heard name-drops the model. Here’s what Heard had to say when describing an incident alleged to have happened between herself, Depp and her sister Whitney:

Heard says:

“I just see my little sister with her back to the staircase and Johnny swings at her and I don’t even wait. In my head I just instantly think of Kate Moss and the stairs and I swung at him.”

Heard was referring to an old rumour that Johnny Depp had pushed Kate Moss down the stairs when they were dating in the 90s. Moss has never mentioned the incident or spoken of any violence in their relationship. I guess she’s going to be asked about it under oath tomorrow, which could provide a little plot twist to proceedings. Although she’s probably just going to be annoyed that Amber Heard dragged her into all this by trying to relate to her in an anecdote.

As you saw in the clip, Johnny Depp’s lawyer celebrated the moment in court with a little fist bump. He knows that Depp & Moss are still tight and she’s likely going to show up and say Johnny Depp has always been a total sweetheart. Let’s see what happens tomorrow!
