Ever wonder what Vladimir Putin would look like as a steak?

No, us neither. Nevertheless, a shopper found the unexpected lookalike when browsing the aisles of his local Aldi.

Matt Gordon, 39, said he did a double take when he saw the uncanny resemblance of the Russian leader in the frozen section of the supermarket, telling The Sun:

I couldn’t believe it. I had to keep going back. The resemblance was amazing. My Aberdeen Angus sizzle steak looked just like Vladimir Putin.

I walked past it a couple of times and each time it looked more and more like Putin.

I had hardly any battery on my phone but I had to take a picture for my friends and when I showed them they were in stitches.

It’s not everyday you come across a steak that looks like Putin, so obviously he had to buy it… right?… Surely…

I didn’t buy it in the end – I didn’t want to be responsible for sizzling Vladimir Putin who knows what might have happened to me. I might have ended up being well done myself.

Wut? He didn’t have to film himself cooking the steak! Heck, he could’ve pickled it and placed it on his mantlepiece. Who knows, it might’ve morphed into the likeness of other world leaders – perhaps Donald Trump or Kim Jong-Un?

Plus, if Putin ever did catch wind of our pal Matt munching his face in steak form, he wouldn’t even care. The guy’s too busy building a super army to destroy ISIS, apparently.
