Amazingly, even after snitching on all his buddies, securing early release from prison, and having his new address leaked on two separate occasions, Tekashi 6ix9ine is not only alive and well but also in the studio recording new music.
Looks like one of the songs he’s working on is Locked Up part 2 with the man who sang the original – Akon. Here they are having themselves a good old time as they produce the song:

Well the original was a classic, but that just sounds awful in my humble white guy opinion. The problem most people have with it though isn’t the quality of the remake, but rather the fact a legend like Akon is working with disgraced Tekashi in the first place:
Akon…Black man, what is you doing…? You disgraced all of Senegal for a Mexican in a wig to call you a nigga to your face?? 2020 is showing its whole ass dawg 😩. pic.twitter.com/vWoIIdaTDO

Akon really doing a locked up sequel with Tekashi 69…. cancel him to‼️🤦🏾♂️

A questionable move by Akon no doubt, but to cancel him over it? Seems a bit excessive IMO. After all, Akon has literally changed the world by proving solar electricity to Africa and built a whole new city in his native Senegal, not to mention his other humanitarian efforts since he took a step back from music, but people want to cancel him anyway because he made a tune with Tekashi 69? That doesn’t seem right to me.
As for Tekashi, I don’t really blame him for snitching on his gang member buddies considering he was looking at life in prison, but there’s enough information out there about him that leaves no question as to what kind of terrible person he is.
So terrible in fact that a charity recently rejected a $200,000 donation from him. That’s how you know he’s a real POS.
